– Personal skates are not permitted.
– The rink is made of synthetic ice, not real ice. Synthetic ice is a specially engineered material that provides a similar glide and skating experience without the need for freezing temperatures or large amounts of water.
– Rental skates are subject to availability.
– All skaters participate at their own risk.
– The rink is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items.
– Tickets are non-refundable and valid only for the selected session time.
– Session time begins at the scheduled start time, whether or not skaters are on the ice.
– No pets are allowed in the rink.
– Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
– Stay in designated areas while wearing skates.
– Keep skates on rubber matting or skating surface only.
– No reckless skating or speed skating.
– No skating against the flow of traffic.
– Do not play tag.
– Chain skating is not permitted (3 or more).
– No sitting or climbing on the fencing.
– No use of hockey stick, pucks, or balls.
– No one is permitted without skates.
– No one is allowed while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
– No food or beverages or breakable objects.
– No chewing, vaping, smoking, or tobacco products allowed.

We reserve the right to remove you from the rink due to reckless behavior.

Spectators and participants assume all inherent risks while participating in ice skating.

We are not responsible for any items/articles lost or stolen.
